As per above report of AEE, the industry has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 under large scale / orange category for establishment of solvent extraction plant to manufacture rice bran oil @ 40 TPD alongwith by product de-oiled cake @ 160 by using rice bran @ 200 TPD, in the land area of 20 kanals 17 marlas in the revenue estate of Village Khosa Pando, Tehsil & District Moga. The proposed site of the industry is suitable for establishment of solvent extraction plant as per classification report, submitted by the industry.
Keeping in the view of above, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) for solvent extraction plant to manufacture rice bran oil @ 40 TPD alongwith by product de-oiled cake @ 160 by using rice bran @ 200 TPD, in the land area of 20 kanals 17 marlas, in the revenue estate of Village Khosa Pando, Tehsil & District Moga, subject to the suitable conditions please.
