The application of the poultry farm has been scrutinized and observed that the poultry farm has submitted certificate from Revenue Authority vide no. 258 C-C dated 14.7.2025 with respect to sitting guidelines (Distances). However, certificate has not commented upon distance of the residential area/zone from the proposed site of poultry farm and the distance of the poultry shed from the nearby farm boundary. The poultry farm was requested to attend the above said observations and submit its reply within 2 days through clarification dated 08.01.2026, but no reply has been received. Hence, incomplete application cannot be processed and is returned herewith. You are requested to re-submit the application after attending the above said observations at the earliest. |
