It is intimated that the project proponent has submitted fard record of the plot 24 kanal showing ownership of his father Sh. Surjit Singh. The land owner Sh. Surjit Singh has also submitted an affidavit stating that he has given all of his land around 3 acre to his son (Project Proponent) for operating poultry farm on the land (affidavit attached). Further the poultry farm has been visited by the undersigned on 30.12.2025 and it was found that the poultry farm is meeting with the siting criteria of guidelines for the Poultry Farm 2022.
