Respected Sir, kindly peruse the note of AEE. In addition to that it is submitted that the earlier application of the industry for obtaining fresh CTE was returned by the Board due to some technical mistakes made in the application form..............Now, the industry has now made amendments in its application form w.r.t to the details of water consumption/generation/disposal as earlier noted by the competent Authority. Moreover, the industry has also deposited adequate NOC fees................Accordingly, it is recommended that the industry may be granted fresh Consent to establish under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for establishment of a new unit under Large scale red category.............
