It is submitted that e-office file for linking of fees of the industry has been processed by this office. The case may be processed further after receiving of UTR no. DCFA.
Further, the Board has issued office order no. 34461- 64 dated 09.10.2025, vide which, the competent authority of the Board has decided that the Senior Environmental Engineers (SEEs) shall monitor the 17 Categories of Highly Polluting Industries falling under their respective Zonal Offices alongwith Environmental Engineers (EEs) posted in their Zonal Offices on surprise basis and the unit was visited by ZO on 16.12.2025 and sampling was carried out. As such, report is required to be incorporated at ZO level, please.
