The industry is complying with the conditions of environmental clearance. The industry has submitted two half yearly compliance report of EC conditions as it is required to submit the same twice in a year.
It is therefore recommended that 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 31/03/2029 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.
