Kindly peruse the note history.
RO is required to clarify regarding following points:
1. RO has mentioned that the pp has 1.6 acres of land area for disposal of treated wastewater to be developed as per KT. However, no land/lease documents for the said land has been submitted online.
2. RO is required to mention the disposal calculations showing the hydraulic loading of effluent.
In view of above, if approved, RO may be asked to clarify regarding the abovementioned observations within 02 days, please. |
