The application of industry was examined and based on report submitted by the regional office the industry is found complying with provisions of the water act,1974 and air act,1981 , keeping in view of above, it is recommended that varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2030 with usual conditions, please.
