• It is submitted that it is a township and area development project. Total area of the project is 25 acres and built-up area of the project is 119486.85 sq.meter . ………….
• As total land area of project is less than 50 ha and built-up area is less than 1,50,000 sq.m. Hence, as per MOEF&CC notification dated 29.01.2025, the project is not covered under the ambit of EIA notification 2006 & its subsequent amendments……..
