Respected sir, the point wise reply is as under:
1. The unit is an existing unit located in village Dandrala, Derabasi. As per the Master Plan report, village dandrala is now located within the limits of MC Derabassi. As such, the industry is required to submit land use classification/continuity certificate/permission under section 79 from the Department of Town & Country Planning, so as to adjudge the suitability of site to continue operations at the site.
REPLY: Sir, it is informed that the above site is located in existing industrial zone as per notified Master Plan and the unit is already an existing unit. Further, being an old structured poultry farm, no layout plan is available.
2. The project proponent has not deposited the penalty for non-consented periods. The project is required to submit the remaining fee and clear calculation of the fee on the basis of which the fee is paid.
REPLY: Sir, we have earlier deposited Rs. 26100/- under Water Act & Rs. 26100/- under Air Act and now deposited Rs. 5800/- under Water Act & Rs. 5800/- under Air Act including late fee. The fee deposited is adequate upto 31.12.2027.
