| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The PP has mentioned the total project cost amounting to Rs. 635.00 lacs in the project report; however, it has mentioned the value of total project amounting to Rs. 1640.00 lacs in the application form. As such, the adequacy of NOC fee could not be ascertained.
2. The PP has not mentioned the proposed value of land, building and plant & machinery separately in the project report.
3. The PP has proposed to discharge the treated wastewater in MC sewer; however, as per the letter issued by MC, Rajpura vide no. 3256 dated 09.09.2025, there is no sewerage pipeline laid down before the proposed site. As such, the PP is required to submit the proposal for the disposal of treated wastewater onto land for plantation until the sewerage pipeline is laid.
4. The PP has not submitted the CLU/Land Use Classification of the proposed site from the Competent Authority.
As such, the PP is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
