It is submitted that the subject cited unit is a large scale scattered dyeing unit under the adoption of ZLD system. The case regarding the scattered dyeing units is subjudice in the Hon'ble NGT. Also the said unit was given personal hearing before the Competent Authority of the Board dated 11.12.2025 the proceedings of which are awaited.
May if approved, the application may be kept in abeyance till the approval and receipt of proceedings so that the application can be processed in compliance of the proceedings |
