It is submitted that as per detail submitted by the project proponent the built-up area of the project is 15372.27 sq. meter which is less than 20000 Sq. meter. Therefore, the project is not covered under the provisions of EIA Notification dt. 14/09/2006.
Further, as per site plan submitted by the project proponent it has proposed to generate domestic effluent @ 53 KLD out of which 40.5 KLD treated waste water reused in flushing purpose and rest 11.5 KLD onto land for plantation in an area of 0.32 acres, which is adequate.
