It is submitted that point wise reply to the observation is as under:
1. The industry has submitted a revised feasibility report (copy enclosed) regarding the quantity of effluent generated, in accordance with SEIAA guidelines. As per the revised feasibility report submitted by the Project Proponent (PP), the total domestic effluent generation is estimated to be 187 KLD. The PP has proposed a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of 200 KLD capacity. Out of the total treated effluent, 50 KLD is proposed to be recirculated for flushing and other domestic purposes, while 50 KLD will be discharged into the green area/parks measuring 1.139 acres. The remaining treated effluent is proposed to be discharged into the Municipal Council (MC) sewer, for which the PP has submitted an NOC from MC Sri Muktsar Sahib vide No. 3648 dated 23.12.2025. It is noted that the PP has mentioned the green area of about 1.15 acres; however, as per the approved site plan, the green area is 1.139 acres.
2. There is no MAH unit within 250 meters of the project boundary. Additionally, no air-polluting industry exists within a 100-meter radius of the site. Similarly, there are no rice shellers or stone crushers within 500 meters and no cement plants, hot mix plants, or brick kilns fall within 300 meters of the project area.
3. The industry has submitted affidavit regarding the fresh water consumption, effluent generation, treatment and disposal arrangements as per the SEIAA guidelines. (copy enclosed)
