The report submitted by the RO may kindly be perused ,As per report, it is briefly submitted that the service station has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water
(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 ,The service station has submitted a approved building plan from Municipal
Corporation, Jalandhar vide no. 120 dated 01.07.2013.The effluent samples of service station were
collected during visit on 13.11.2025 and the results of
the same were found within the prescribed limits of the Board.The service station has submitted change of land use certificate from residential
to commercial use issued from MTP, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar vide their office
letter No. 1369 dated 16.01.2024 in which stating that the process of the showroom
and workshop washing center is allowed.May if approved fresh consent
to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted
to the service station upto 30.09.2029 with usual condition as per policy of the Board.
