It is submitted that the poultry farm was granted Consent to establish of the Board vide no. CTE/Fresh/BTI/2024/27449307 dated 09.12.2024, which was expired on 08.12.2025 for the production of Eggs @ 2000 Number/day having Birds @ 2000 number, subject to certain conditions.
Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for the production of Eggs @ 20000 Number/day having Birds @ 20000 number as raw material under the green category. The industry has deposited Rs. 29000/- vide R.no. 856248709 dated 23.12.2025 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 29000/- vide R. no. 461424620 dated 23.12.2025 under Water Act, 1974, which is adequate upto 31.12.2035 under green category.
The Poultry farms had already submitted The DTP, Bathinda report while obtaining NOC vide letter no. 1585 dated 29.11.2024 for the site of total area 09 Kanals 15.41 Marlas bearing khewat no. 132, 123, 164, 163 located in the revenue area of village Loolbai.
The Poultry Farm had already submitted Tehsildar, Bathinda report while obtaining NOC vide dated 23.9.2024 regarding the siting criteria.
The Farm has submitted CA certificate dt. 15.12.2025 mentioning total fixed asset 55 Lakh.
The poultry farm was visited by undersigned on 13.01.2026 and it was observed as under:
1. The unit is a poultry farm.
2. The unit has provided collection pit underneath for storage of bird droppings. The Poultry farm has got lifted bird droppings for usage in agricultural fields.
3. The farm has provided an underground dead birds storage pit.
4. The domestic effluent is discharged into the underground septic tank from which a provision has been given for utilization of treated water onto plantation area.
The industry complying with the provision of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.
In view of the above, may if approved, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the production of Eggs @ 20000 Number/day having Birds @ 20000 number as raw material upto 31.12.2035, subject to the suitable condition along with special condition as under:
1. The industry shall comply with the environmental guidelines for poultry farm framed by CPCB on 10.01.2022 in reference to NGT directions dated 10.12.2021 in OA no. 320/2021.
2. The industry shall apply varied consent to operate in case of any change of capacity of birds.
