On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observations were raised on 14.01.2026 with request to submit reply within 1 day.
1. The project proponent has submitted land deed for an area of 2 bigha under Karnal Technology. However, the project proponent has not submitted Aks Chajra for specific khasra no. of 2 bigha. 2. The project proponent required to submit location along with distance of plantation area w.r.t the site of colony.
No reply received from the project till date.
