It is intimated that a copy of the notice issued to the project proponent/industry was duly endorsed to the Regional Office (RO) with directions to ensure service of the notice upon the project proponent through a special messenger, obtain proper acknowledgment of receipt, and forward the same to this office. However, in the file attached by RO, only the copy notice enclosed by the RO and does not bear any acknowledgment of receipt of the said notice by the representative of the project proponent/ industry.
It is requested to attach the acknowledgment of receipt obtained from the representative of the project proponent/industry. This is essential to ensure that, in the event of non‑attendance of the project proponent/industry during the hearing, the Board may proceed to take further necessary action in accordance with law. |
