Sir, kindly peruse the agenda note of JEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the note of JEE, it is recommended that the fresh consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for Graded size segregated ready to feed furnace material suitable for secondary metal production of iron and steel, Aluminum, Copper and zinc @ 53 MTD may be granted upto 30.06.2026 with suitable conditions and special conditions as mentioned in the note of JEE, please. |
