In light of the report/ recommendations given by RO, if approved, SCN may be issued to the industry alongwith an opportunity to file the reply within 10 days due to the fact that the industry has neither given any commitment regarding providing secondary emission control system, either on the existing or on expansion part nor has approached PSCST for obtaining feasibility report for providing secondary emission control system.
Also, RO shall examine the reply to be submitted by the industry if any to the above SCN and shall submit report accordingly, pl.
