If approved, Regional Office be asked to clarify the following to proceed further in the matter, pl:
1. Date of commissioning of the unit.
2. The industry has submitted the provisional certificate dated 14/10/2025 for the APCD from PSCST, wherein it has been mentioned that completion certificate will be issued after checking the performance of APCD as and when the industry comes in operation. Since, the industry has got the stack emission sample collected from Pvt. Lab on 02/12/2025, which shows that the industry has already commissioned its unit. Thus, the industry is required to submit the completion certificate from the PSCST.
3. Whether the industry has submitted the building plan approved by the Competent Authority.
4. Whether the industry is complying with the conditions imposed in the NOC granted to it.
5. The agenda note has not been generated by the Regional Office, due to which this office is unable to fill the details in the certificate after approval.
