1) Status of complaint already filed by the Board
Reply: Complaint already filed under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 in CASE No: COMA-11-2025, lower court of District Rupnagar. As per the latest order dated 18.12.2025, bailable warrants of accused in the tune of Rs. 5000/- each with one surety in the like amount has been issued for 20.02.2026.
2) Status of complaint under the Air Act, 1981 to be filed before the adjudication officer.
Reply: This office is in the process of filing complaint under the Air Act, 1981 before the adjudication officer against the industry.
Sir, it is submitted that the certificate has been generated and signed as per approval received from Competent authority of the Board. Further, it is requested to send the file to Higher Authorities for directions of temporary restoration of electricity connection to the industry as already approved by the competent Authority of the Board vide note dated 09.01.2026, please.
