Sir, there is no MAH unit within the 250 mtrs from the boundary of the project. There is no brick kiln and cement plant within 300 m and no rice sheller, stone crusher, grinding unit or hot mix plant within 500 mtrs and no air polluting industry within 100 m from the proposed site. Hence, the site is suitable for establishment of educational institute.
Keeping in the view of above, it is again recommended that consents to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the educational institute for operation of educational institute i.e. school of capacity Students @ 1000 no. & Staff @ 50 no. upto 30.09.2032, subject to the suitable conditions and special conditions as mentioned vide previous note
