Discussed.
The site of the industry falls under Industrial zone. The industry shall use LPG as fuel. There will be no generation of trade effluent from the process and only domestic effluent generated by the industry and same will be discharged onto land for plantation through septic tank. In view of above, may if approved ‘consent to establish'/ (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year to the industry with special conditions that:-
1. The industry shall install stack of minimum 11 mt height with its furnace to be operated on LPG.
2. The industry shall comply with fuel policy of the State in true letter and spirit, please.
