While scrutinizing the applications, it was observed as under: - 1. The industry is required to apply under new category i.e. Red Category: 178.1 - Yarn / Textile processing involving any effluent/emission generating processes including bleaching, dyeing, printing, and colouring, including the garment and apparel manufacturing industry, as per the CPCB’s revised categorization. 2. The industry has not submitted completion certificate and dimensional drawing regarding installation of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for treatment of its trade effluent.
As such, you are requested to change the category code first and re-submit the applications after compliance of the above observations.
