Please find attached herewith notice issued to the project.
It is requested to ensure service of the notice upon the project proponent through special messenger, obtain proper acknowledgment of receipt, and forward the same to this office. The Regional Office shall also ensure the presence of the unit during the hearing and any failure in service of notice or non-attendance of the unit on the plea of non-receipt, and any consequential challenge to the Board's action, shall be the sole responsibility of the Regional Office. Further, a flash report on the present status of the site shall be submitted before the scheduled date of hearing. |
