While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:- 1. The HCF has not submitted details w.r.t. Completion certificate of ETP, which will be installed by the hospital separately from Civil Hospital. 2. The HCF has not submitted compliance report of previously granted Consents to Operate. 3. The HCF has not submitted compliance report of authorization granted under the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016. 4. The HCF has not submitted agreement made with CBWTF. 5. The HCF has not submitted record maintained w.r.t generation and lifting of bio-medical waste.
Accordingly, the HCF was raised clarification on 13.01.2026 to submit its reply within 2 days. However, the HCF till date has not submitted any reply of the clarification. The case cannot be processed at this stage and the case is returned with request to the HCF to resubmit its application after said observations. |
