Respected sir, .our hospital already granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981. We have submitted the record of bio-medical waste. We have deposited requisite renewal consents fee under both acts, and the copy of receipts verified 48 hours after transaction. we have submitted the application renewal of consents, hence building plan is not required. We have not any new building construction in its premises. The copy of transaction details is attached herewith. Please grant us consents. |
