In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for short period of six months for production of mink blankets @ 2500 number/day & dyeing of knitted cloth @ 2400 kg/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 150 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment through ETP with general conditions and electric connection of the unit be also restored temporarily for six months, plz. Competency SEE for deciding CTO. |
