In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to operate under Air(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for short period of six months for production of mink blankets @ 2500 number/day & dyeing of knitted cloth @ 2400 kg/day for operation of one boiler of steam generation capacity 4.0 TPD and one thermo-pack of capacity @ 1500 U with general conditions and electric connection of the unit be also restored temporarily for six months, plz. Competency SEE for deciding CTO. |
