Kindly peruse the note of EE, ZO. On examination of the said note, it is recommended as proposed by EE, ZO:
1. Environmental Compensation (EC) of Rs. 1.00 lakh may be imposed upon the unit, being a small-scale industry, as approved by the competent authority in the case of M/s Kalsi Sons Fabricators.
2. Varied Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted up to 30.06.2028, subject to verification of adequacy of the prescribed consent fee.
3. Punjab State Power Corporation Limited may be directed to permanently restore the electricity connection of the unit, in accordance with Office Memorandum No. 428 dated 23.09.2025.
4. The Regional Office may be permitted to de-seal the machinery of the unit, except the machinery intended to be sold.
5. The unit may be allowed to sell the machinery placed near the unmetered line, and the Regional Office may be permitted to de-seal the said machinery on the date of transportation for the purpose of sale/dispatch.
