After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed following shortcoming:
1.The PP has obtained revised CTE of the Board for the construction of residential plots @319 , commercial shops @27 EWS @2 nos.in an area of 27.91 acre township. However, presently only 15 houses have been constructed and occupied and appx 15-20 house are under construction.. Therefore, the PP is need to apply for partial consent to operate.
2. No dual plumbing pipeline provided yet.
3. The STP installed at the site,But no completion certificate along with capacity not submitted.
If approved, it is requested that RO may asked to return the application and guide the PP to re-apply for the partial consent to operate. |
