After perusal the report, it was observed following shortcoming:
1. RO has not comment on the additional detail of machinery proposed by the unit for expansion purpose.
2 No comment on the proposal of pollution control device to be install to contain water and air pollution.
3.No comment on the source of water pollution and generation of trade effluent and the line of treatment and its disposal.
4.Whether the industry has proposal to made expansion in the existing premises or more land to be added.
5 No comment on the applicability of sitting guidelines .
6. The land use classification is more than 6 year old, whether the master plan has been notified or not?
7 Current status of land use classification of the site.
If approved , it is requested that RO may be asked to provide the above information, so that case can be processed. |
