1. The industry has reduced its MOU with the CETP operator and we have accepted it. Is there any justification. RO to certify that that they have examined the matter and are satisfied that reduction in agreement quantities is genuine.
2.....RO to certify that point wise compliances of violations observed due to which directions are issued have been done.......
3.....Report on additional measures being taken up in such cases like installation of CCTV, adequate storage and increase in frequency of lifting of untreated effluent are also to be reported
4....ZO to approve the consents in principal
