To check SOP compliance the industry was visited by officer of this office on 09.01.2026 and during visit the unit was found closed from main gate and then again the industry was visited on 14.01.2026 and point wise compliance of SOP verified and is attached herewith.
It is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year with suitable conditions for not to operate its unit without obtaining Actual User Certificate.
