| Clarification Note: | Sir, The present application has been scrutinised. It is submitted that the applicant has re-applied for Consent to Establish (CTE), as the earlier application was returned due to certain deficiencies, mainly application in incorrect category, non-submission of details regarding type of paint to be used, and absence of document related to land use pattern. Now, in the present application, the following deficiencies / observations are noted: 1. The land use classification document has been submitted, wherein it is mentioned that change of land use is permissible only for sale and assembly purposes, whereas the present application has been submitted for manufacturing activity, which is contradictory. The applicant may submit necessary clarification/documents on the above observation for further processing of the application within 02 days. |
