1.The industry is required to clarify Whether industry has applied for TYPE- Rice Sheller with Drier, as in products it is mentioned Sorted Raw Rice Without Dryer. 2. If applied for Rice Sheller with Dryer, Industry requires to submit M.C Certificate. 3.Moreover,the category of industry,which is mentioned as green, will change. 4. Moreover, e-noting has been moved against the industry,according to which industry has installed dryer without obtaining CTO(with dryer) and some other violations were observed and revocation of CTOs under the Water Act,1974 and the Air Act,1981 has been recommended and e-noting is still in process.So,the industry requires to clarify within 3 days. |
