Sir, the PP was given opportunity of personal hearing before Senior Environmental Engineer on 07.01.2026 and during hearing following decisions were taken:-
1. The incomplete application submitted by the project proponent be returned w.r.t. resubmit the complete application with requisite documents, within 15 days.
2. The Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Bathinda shall process the revised applications to be applied by the PP on merits and shall submit the report with conclusive recommendations in the matter.
In compliance to decision no. 1, if approved the application may be returned with request to reapply the same with complete details and documents please.
