The industry was raised an online clarification on 13.01.2026 to submit the reply for the observations as under:
1. The industry has not submitted any land use classification of the site/ CLU/site suitability document from the concerned authorities regarding land use.
2. The industry has not submitted the distance certificate from the Revenue/Tehsildar authority.
3. The industry has applied under the small scale. As per project cost, it falls under medium scale.
4. The industry has submitted the handmade site plan. The unit is required to submit the architectural approved/ conceptual plan.
5. The unit is also required to earmark the location of the proposed STP in the plan, to be installed inside the premises.
However, the industry has failed to submit the reply of the clarification till date. As such the application of the industry is returned and requested to resubmit after clarifying the above said observation.
