It is submitted that the pointwise reply to the observations raised by ZO is as follows:
1. As per the electricity connection document submitted by the industry the unit was commissioned on 04.11.2025.
2. The industry has submitted an undertaking stating that it shall get the completion certificate from PSCST within 1 month. (copy enclosed)
3. The industry has submitted a copy of building plan approved by Competent Person dated 09.12.2025.
4. Yes, the industry is complying with the conditions imposed at the time of Consent to Establish/NOC.
