It is submitted that, the samples of stack emissions were collected from the porthole of the stack by the officers of the Board on 22 Dec 2025 and sent to Zonal Lab for analysis. As per the analysis report vide letter No. 179 dated 01.09.2026, the results of SPM concentrations are 362 mg/Nm3 which are beyond the permissible standards as prescribed by the Board.
Therefore, it is recommended that Show Cause Notice for refusal of 'Consent to Operate' under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be issued to the industry with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Competent Authority of the Board, please.
