• RO has reported that the industry has submitted compliance of Environmental Clearance. But RO has not commented whether the industry is complying with all the conditions of Environmental Clearance or not……
• Whether the industry is complying with all special conditions imposed during grant of previous consents…………
• RO has recommended for refusal of CTOs under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. But no violation has been reported under the Air Act, 1981………
• The industry has applied for 03 DG sets but RO has not reported regarding installation of DG Sets…………
If approved, RO may be requested to clarify above before sending to the Higher Authorities, please.
