After perusal the note of RO, it was observed that industry is engaged in process of electroplating and zinc plating. The industry was given opportunity of PH before SEE on 13.11.2025 and is now complying with the decisions given to it during the PH as well as consent conditions.
Therefore, if approved, it is recommended that fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2030 with suitable conditions. Competency:- Senior Environmental Engineer |
