Earlier directions u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 were issued to the industry for closure and to the PSPCL authorities for disconnection on 09.10.2025....................
Now, sampling carried out on 03.11.2025 and concentration of particulate matter is 211 mg/NM3, which is within the prescribed standards..............
Recommended to grant consent for 06 months with directions u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 restoration of electric connection for 06 months, please. Also requested that RO be asked to put up note against the responsible officer of the PSPCL as per the provisions of the Air Act, 1981 for not implementing the directions u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 issued by the Board for disconnection.
