| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The reply submitted by the PP of previous observations raised is not clearly visible.
2. The unit has submitted the copy of Environmental Clearance granted to it as well as compliance of EC conditions. However, the same is not clearly visible.
3. There is increase in total value of fixed assets amounting to Rs. 10242.50 lacs from the previous CA. As such, the unit is required to submit the detail of the same.
4. The previous consents were expired on 31.03.2024. As such, the unit is required to deposit 200% penalty of one year fee under the both Acts as well as NOC regularization fee amounting to Rs. 1,05,600/- for increase in cost of fixed assets.
5. There is increase in value of land from the previous CA. As such, the unit is required to submit the land documents such as sale deed, etc.
6. The PP has not applied the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974.
As such, the unit is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
