The application was scrutinized and it was observed that the university was visited by the officers of this office on 22.11.2025 and during visit, the university was found not complying with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Accordingly, the report was sent to the Competent Authority and the action is under process at Zonal Office level. As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage. |
