The application was scrutinized on 12.01.2026 and it was observed as under: 1. The unit has not submitted the building plan approved from the Competent Authority. 2. The unit has submitted the distance verification report issued by Tehsildar, Rajpura; however, it has not incorporated the verification of distance of parameters i.e. Village Lal Lakir, Village Phirni and Residential colony or cluster of 15 pucca houses. 3. The unit has deposited the 200% penalty of one year fee under the both Acts; however, the unit is required to deposit additional 100% penalty under the both Acts as the date of commissioning of the unit is 22.12.2023. 4. The unit has not submitted the manufacturing process flow chart. However, the industry has not replied to the observations raised after affording adequate time period. As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and is herbey returned with request to resubmit the application after attending the above said osbervations. |
