The application of M/s Eminent Arcade, Village Khawaspur, Hoshiarpur for grant of Consent to Establish (CTE) for a commercial project comprising 21 SCOs (G+1) over 1.23 acres has been scrutinised and site verified. The proposal includes installation of an adequate 35 KLD MBBR-based STP, municipal sewer connectivity is available, and the site is suitable with no adverse environmental constraints observed. All requisite documents and prescribed fee have been submitted.
