The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that: 1. The project proponent has applied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under Orange category (2091-Area/Infrastructure Development Project including educational institutions, community hall, IT Park, Theme park (Not covered under EIA notification 2006) and the same is not proper. The project proponent needs to apply under relevant category as per new categorization issued by CPCB. 2. The project proponent has not submitted latest CA certificate (un-depreciated) as on 31.03.2025.
Accordingly, the project proponent was required to submit the reply of the clarification. However, the project proponent failed to submit the reply of the clarification till date. As such, the application is returned back being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same after attending above said observations.
