On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has submitted brief project report as per which total proposed plant and machinery cost is 16.44 crore, hence, the scale of the industry is Large. The project proponent needs to apply under Large Scale.
2. The project proponent has not mentioned Total investment and plant and machinery cost in the application form.
3. The project proponent has not submitted approved site plan from the Competent person under Factory Act.
4. The project has carried out expansion in the production. Hence, the project proponent needs to submit land suitability certificate from DTP.
5. The project proponent has not submitted authorized signatory letter in the name of Sh. Ajay Garg that he is authorized to apply or sing the application, documents.
If approved, the application of the industry may be returned from the portal of your good-self as there is no option to return the application from my portal, please.
